The number of sessions needed varies from person to person, as everyone’s goals, experiences and circumstances are unique. Many clients begin to notice significant and lasting changes within 8–12 sessions, although some may achieve their desired results in fewer sessions, while others may benefit from additional support. For specific phobias, positive changes can often be achieved in around 4 sessions, although this depends on the individual, the nature of the phobia, and personal circumstances.
My approach is tailored to you, working at a pace that supports meaningful and lasting change.
